[Remote] Accounts Payable Specialist

Flieben Capital LLC is hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist to support accounts payable workflows, invoice checks, and routine supplier inquiries. The role also assists with reconciliations and communicates missing details before payments are scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Enter approved payables into the designated accounting system
• Reconcile vendor statements against recorded invoices and payments
• Answer routine questions about invoice receipt or payment status
• Assist with month-end close by preparing invoice and balance summaries
• Review vendor invoices for required information and mathematical accuracy
• Check payment due dates and maintain an accurate invoice status tracker
• Request missing vendor documentation through approved channels
