Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. smartdept. is recruiting an Analytics & Reporting Specialist for a growth and transformation consultancy serving ecommerce, retail, and DTC brands. The specialist will set up marketing tracking, build reports and dashboards, analyze performance data, and share actionable takeaways with the team.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain GA4 properties and events
- Implement tracking and tags in Google Tag Manager
- Build custom dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools
- Pull and clean data across ad platforms and analytics
- Create recurring performance reports
- Spot trends and share clear takeaways with the team
Skills
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience building marketing dashboards in Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar
- Strong spreadsheet skills
- Ability to explain data in plain language
- Comfort using AI tools to work faster
- Clear, reliable communication
- Ecommerce tracking and Shopify analytics
- Ad platform reporting for Google and Meta
- SQL or BigQuery
- Server-side tagging
