[Remote] Assisted Living Accounts Receivable Manager

Eden Senior Care’s Vista Senior Living Management division is seeking an Assisted Living Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee billing across multiple Minnesota facilities. The role focuses on billing operations, PCC system management, team leadership, process improvement, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire billing process for Assisted Living services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Minnesota regulations
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Minnesota Assisted Living billing requirements to optimize revenue cycle management
• Demonstrate proficiency in using the PCC system to efficiently manage and process Assisted Living billing
• Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to address any system-related issues and implement improvements
• Lead and manage a high-performing team of accounts receivable professionals
• Provide training and ongoing support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment
• Continuously evaluate and enhance billing processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency
• Implement best practices to reduce billing errors and minimize outstanding receivables
• Stay updated on Minnesota Assisted Living billing regulations and ensure the organization's compliance
• Conduct regular audits to identify and address any compliance issues promptly

Skills

• The ideal candidate must have at least two years of specific Minnesota Assisted Living billing experience for multiple facilities
• Proficiency in using the PCC system
• A proven track record of successfully managing a team in assisted living
• Minnesota Assisted Living experience
• Minimum of two (2) years of Medicaid waiver billing experience for multiple Assisted Living facilities
• Experience in leadership and team management in overseeing multiple Assisted Living facilities
• Proven experience working with the PCC system
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in billing processes
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to adapt to changing regulations and industry standards
