[Remote] Associate Program Manager III

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Syneos Health Commercial Solutions is hiring an Associate Program Manager to create high-quality program materials and customer deliverables for its Scientific and Medical Affairs Advisory Group. The role supports life sciences organizations in complex specialty markets through customer partnership, project management, and guidance to project managers on delivery approach.

Responsibilities

• Build positive working relationships with customers, consulting staff, managers, leadership, and internal support teams
• Partner with the customer in establishing a vision for the program/portfolio initiative as well as the supporting the team and their potential
• Demonstrate strong project management skills through proactive management of individual project responsibilities and workload to ensure objectives, milestones, and timelines are met efficiently and effectively. Must be able to quickly adapt to changing priorities to achieve goals and targets
• Provide guidance and oversight to project managers on overall delivery approach

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years' professional experience
• Experience with medical affairs, medical and integrated evidence plans
• Strong business acumen, ability to manage projects, excellent communication skills, strong presentation, and meeting facilitation ability
• Graduate degree in business or life sciences
• Pharma or biotech industry experience
