[Remote] Associate Project Manager Senior or Lead

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Progressive Insurance is hiring an Associate Project Manager Senior or Lead within Corporate Finance Systems and Process. The role leads strategic, cross-functional initiatives and guides project delivery across Corporate Finance, business operations, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• As an associate project manager senior or lead within Corporate Finance Systems and Process (CFSP), you'll play a critical role in leading strategic initiatives that require coordination across Corporate Finance, business operations, and technology teams
• You'll have the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact efforts that drive purposeful business outcomes and support the organization's strategic priorities
• You'll work closely with business leaders, subject matter experts, and technology partners to plan, manage, and deliver projects that drive meaningful business value
• Additionally, you'll help drive alignment, manage dependencies, and guide cross-functional teams through all phases of project delivery

Skills

• A minimum 7 years of related work experience leading projects and project delivery
• Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of 4 years related work experience leading projects and project delivery

• Experience successfully leading large, complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple business areas, stakeholders, and dependencies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor messaging to executive leadership, business partners, and technical teams
• Background working in both business and technology-focused initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence outcomes and drive alignment across diverse groups
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification strongly desired
