Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Iantrek is hiring an Associate Sales Representative to support growth of its surgical glaucoma portfolio. The role partners with regional sales leaders to provide operating room case support, clinical education, account development, and sales execution across assigned accounts.
Responsibilities
- Provide operating room case support for AlloFlo Uveo
- Troubleshoot intraoperative challenges and reinforce product best practices
- Serve as a trusted clinical resource to surgeons and clinical staff
- Deliver product in-services and staff training sessions
- Maintain deep clinical and product knowledge to support effective customer education and utilization
- Partner with the Regional Sales Director and Surgical Glaucoma Managers on account maintenance and ongoing customer support
- Support account strategy and execution to deepen utilization within existing accounts
- Contribute to pipeline development and regional growth initiatives
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in ophthalmic sales, medical devices
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong clinical acumen and ability to engage with surgeons on procedural and patient-care benefits
- Self-starter with excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
- Glaucoma experience preferred
