Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Ascii Group, LLC is seeking an AWS Engineer/Developer with hands-on Genesys experience to support an ongoing contact-center project. The role focuses primarily on AWS engineering and development, with additional Genesys work involving platform integrations, APIs, and contact-center applications.
Responsibilities
- We are seeking a strong AWS Engineer / Developer with hands-on Genesys experience to support an ongoing contact-center-related project
- Strong hands-on AWS development and engineering experience , including building, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud-based applications
Skills
- Relevant Experience (in Yrs.) : 5+
- Strong hands-on AWS development and engineering experience, including building, integrating, troubleshooting, and supporting cloud-based applications
- Experience with AWS services relevant to application and integration workloads
- Strong understanding of serverless and event-driven architectures, REST APIs, application integrations, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting
- Development experience using Python, Java, JavaScript/Node.js, or comparable programming languages within AWS environments
- Hands-on experience with Genesys
- Experience integrating AWS-hosted services/applications with Genesys or contact-center platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, authentication, web services, and application-to-application integration
- Ability to quickly understand an existing technical environment, troubleshoot issues, and take ownership of remaining development/support activities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Genesys Cloud CX
- Particularly around platform integrations, APIs, contact-center applications, or associated services
- For sourcing, please prioritize candidates showing AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, DynamoDB, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, or similar AWS services on their resumes
