The role supports behavioral health services in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities through clinician sourcing, workforce planning, offer management, and recruiting performance improvement.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment for in-person behavioral health providers
- Build and manage pipelines in competitive markets
- Source via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach
- Partner with clinical and operational leaders on workforce planning
- Manage offer negotiation, compliance, and licensure alignment
- Track and improve time-to-fill and conversion metrics
Skills
- 3+ years healthcare or behavioral health recruiting experience
- Proven success recruiting licensed clinicians
- Strong sourcing and closing skills
- Experience staffing SNF, ALF, post-acute, or long-term care settings
