The role involves supporting pension and legacy-benefit data remediation projects, including work related to pension plan termination and pension risk transfer.
Skills
- Experience supporting qualified defined benefit pension plans
- Experience with pension plan termination, pension risk transfer, or benefits data remediation projects
- Knowledge of ERISA, pension administration, and participant data requirements
- Experience working with lost participant search firms and death audit vendors
- Familiarity with benefits administration systems, HRIS platforms, and payroll systems
- Experience supporting retiree medical, life insurance, and other legacy benefit programs
