Rocio-Camacho-Farmers-Insurance-Agency is hiring an Insurance Sales Representative to generate appointments through outbound calls and market insurance products and services. The role develops quotes, presents and closes sales, and works toward new-business and sales-revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales
- Meet new business production goals and objectives as established
- Call prospective customers by operating telephones, automatic dialing systems, and other internet technologies
- Grow sales revenue by utilizing phone, email, and potential client lists
Skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish (MANDATORY)
- A Property and Casualty Insurance License is required
- Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up
- Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills
- Be capable of handling customer rejection
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
