TekValue IT Solutions is seeking a Braze Consultant – Email Marketing to develop and implement Braze email campaigns and Canvas workflows. The role focuses on personalized customer journeys, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Braze email marketing campaigns, campaign development, and Canvas workflow implementation
- Strong expertise in Braze platform capabilities, including email campaign setup, automation, customer journeys, and personalized messaging
- Strong proficiency in HTML and CSS for developing, customizing, and troubleshooting responsive email templates
- Hands-on experience with Liquid templating for dynamic content, conditional logic, and personalized email experiences
- Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle marketing automation
- Strong understanding of A/B testing, experimentation, and campaign optimization to improve engagement, click-through rates, and conversions
- Experience with customer data integration, user attributes, event-based triggers, and personalized communication strategies
- Knowledge of email marketing best practices, deliverability, email rendering, and cross-client compatibility
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements to email marketing effectiveness
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, CRM, and technical teams to design and execute targeted email campaigns
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting skills
