Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Largeton Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support CCWIS and CCMS projects for DHHS throughout the project life cycle. The role focuses on requirements gathering and analysis, business process modeling, stakeholder collaboration, and user acceptance testing.
Responsibilities
- Support CCWIS and CCMS projects for DHHS throughout the project life cycle
- Collect and analyze detailed business and functional requirements
- Document business processes and create future-state business process models
- Collaborate with Project Manager to define project path and risk mitigation strategies
- Develop clear and concise functional, technical, user, and non-functional requirements
- Facilitate requirements analysis workshops and create workflows (BPMN)
- Develop report specifications and requirements traceability matrix
- Write and execute test plans and test cases for user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Partner with IT support teams and communicate requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skills
- Highly proficient in business process modeling, workflow creation, and data analysis (Excel)
- Experience with formal requirements gathering methodologies and notation standards (BPMN)
- Strong organization, documentation, and graphic representation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Advanced communication skills for interaction with all business and IT levels
