Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a Portals Product Management team. The role focuses on managing customer portals.
Responsibilities
- Managing all our Customer Portals
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, IT or related field
- Minimum 7+ years of business analysis experience
- Working knowledge of customer portals/customer-facing web applications - is a plus
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Expertise with Microsoft Office tools such as Visio, PPT, Word, etc
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Strong team player able to develop strategies and action plans and share results
- Ability to foster strong partner and customer relationships
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Must be able to negotiate and/or influence others to gain support for the company's needs as they change
- Previous experience in Data Center industry is preferred but not required
