The role focuses on acquiring and converting customers, developing partnerships, managing the sales pipeline, and sharing feedback on product positioning and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Identifying prospects and generating qualified leads
- Driving product signups and converting free users into paying customers
- Developing partnerships with investigation firms, law firms, financial institutions, and other relevant organizations
- Leading product demos, managing your pipeline, and tracking conversions and revenue
- Providing actionable feedback on product positioning and customer needs
Skills
- Proven SaaS sales or business development results
- Strong communication, prospecting, and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work independently and execute a practical growth plan
- Ideally with freemium products
- Familiarity with crypto, investigations, fintech, or AML compliance
