[Remote] Founding Account Executive, Senior Living

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Find Candor is hiring its first Account Executive to own revenue from prospecting through closing for its AI phone agent and website chatbot products. The role focuses on selling to senior living communities, converting trials into paying customers, and shaping the sales playbook and product through customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work a prioritized list of Minnesota communities and operators, mostly by phone
• Run short, focused demos with executive directors and sales and marketing leaders
• Start free trials and stay with each community until the product is live and working
• Convert trials into paying customers, and expand single-building customers to their whole portfolio
• Land deals with multi-site operators
• Represent Find Candor at senior living industry conferences, about once every two months
• Keep your pipeline current in our CRM, and bring customer feedback back to the team

Skills

• At least 2 years in a quota-carrying role where you closed deals yourself
• Experience selling software or services to small business owners or facility operators, largely by phone
• A track record you can describe in numbers: quota, attainment, deal size, and deals closed per month
• Comfortable selling a new product buyers have not heard of yet
• Self-directed and organized
• Experience selling to senior living, home care, healthcare, or property management
• Experience selling AI receptionists, chatbots, answering services, or sales CRMs
• Existing relationships with senior living sales and marketing leaders

Benefits

• Conversion bonus: $60 for each community whose trial converts and first payment clears
• Residual commission: 20% of what each customer you sign pays during their first 12 months, paid monthly, no cap
• The role starts as a 90-day contract, then converts to a full-time position with equity.
• Working remotely during Central time business hours
