Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Sikich is hiring a Business Development Representative to identify potential business advisory opportunities with assigned teams. The role engages and qualifies prospective clients, supports demand generation, and partners with Account Executives and Business Principals to develop sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage potential clients to generate interest and build relationships
• Source and qualify high-quality leads for the Account Executive team
• Communicate via phone and email with key decision-makers, including C-level executives
• Identify and qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's solutions and services
• Assess clients’ needs and conduct preliminary evaluations of their business requirements
• Thrive in a collaborative team environment, contributing to shared goals
• Partner with Business Principals to support demand generation initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related field, required
• 1-3 years of experience in a large consulting environment
• Demonstrate a strong interest in building a career in business advisory sales
• Results driven business development mentality; successful with sourcing leads, qualifying opportunities, and closing deals
