The Business Systems Analyst will help establish a new release management process within ServiceNow by developing technical specifications, writing Agile stories and acceptance criteria, and supporting backlog and control analysis.
Responsibilities
- Helping with technical specifications and agile story writing
- Backlogs, control analysis transferring to Agile stories and write acceptance criteria
- Personas within the system, understanding security models
Skills
- Business Analyst Experience within Service Now (Minimum Criteria)
- ServiceNow
- Previous Business Analyst Skills
- DevOps and Digital Product Release (Preferred)
- DevOps

- AI story generation agents
- ServiceNow certifications are helpful
