[Remote] Change Management Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Unicon Pharma Inc is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support communications, training development, and change adoption initiatives for a global team. The role develops learning and communication materials, collaborates with stakeholders, manages content review and version control, and uses approved generative AI tools to support content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop change communications, presentations, training materials, and employee guides
• Create learning objectives, job aids, knowledge checks, and facilitator materials
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to simplify complex information
• Manage feedback, document revisions, approvals, and version control
• Use approved Generative AI tools to support content development and improve efficiency

Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience in change management, communications, instructional design, or training development
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Planner, Project, or JIRA
• Experience with AI-assisted content development and project tracking
• Completed bachelor's degree required
