Confidential Careers is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to develop and support scalable, consumer-facing applications for an enterprise chat platform. The role focuses on real-time messaging, backend services, conversational AI, and Web, iOS, and Android SDK integrations across the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test and maintain full-stack applications using TypeScript, Node.js and Python
- Build and support real-time messaging using WebSockets and integrate Web, iOS and Android SDKs
- Develop conversational flows and AI integrations using Dialogflow CX / GECX / AI
- Integrate enterprise systems and backend services using REST APIs and web technologies
- Troubleshoot complex production issues independently across backend services, real-time layers and client SDKs
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, code reviews, testing, builds and source control; guide junior engineers as needed
- Additional duties may be assigned based on business needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a closely related field
- 3+ years of professional software development experience, including algorithms, data structures and design patterns
- TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Dialogflow CX / GECX / AI, Web/iOS/Android SDKs, WebSockets, REST/HTTPS/JSON, SQL/NoSQL databases and Agile/Scrum
