Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Concentrix is hiring a seasonal Customer Service / Healthcare Claims Representative to provide remote customer support and process medical claims in a back-office setting. The role also involves helping customers with basic technical issues, maintaining information in databases, and offering additional products or services.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer support processing medical claims in a back-office setting
- Help customers resolve basic technical issues
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
- Offer additional products and/or services
- Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile
Skills
- 1+ year of previous claims experience
- A high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
- Must reside in the United States and have a valid U.S. address for residence
- Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position
- (healthcare claims preferred)
- Call center experience preferred
