The role leads operational strategy, cross-functional teams, workflow optimization, performance measurement, and collaboration with leadership on planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient delivery of virtual assistance and support services
- Design and implement operational strategies, processes, and systems that align with business goals and enhance client satisfaction
- Managing cross-functional teams, optimizing workflows for service areas such as administrative support, project management, and social media management, and driving performance metrics across the organization
- Collaborate closely with leadership on strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, scalability, and operational excellence
Skills
- Strong Business Planning and strategic Operations Management skills for scaling remote service delivery
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, monitor performance, and drive process improvements
- Knowledge of Finance and Budgeting to manage operational costs and support financial decision-making
- Leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding distributed or remote teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Relevant experience in service operations, BPO, virtual assistance, or professional services environments
- An advanced degree or equivalent experience
