Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Seven Hills Group Technologies is recruiting for an Oracle EPM Consultant to design, implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM solutions. The role works with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions for financial planning, reporting, and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, forms, dashboards, and reports
- Work with Oracle EPM modules such as EPBCS, Planning, FCCS, ARCS, and other relevant EPMapplications
- Develop and maintain data integrations between Oracle EPM, Oracle ERP Cloud, and third-party applications
- Utilize EPM Automate, Calculation Manager, Groovy scripting, and REST APIs as required
- Support Smart View, data management, metadata administration, and financial reporting
- Perform system testing, UAT, troubleshooting, and production support
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to optimize EPM performance and processes
- Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and user guides
Skills
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM implementations and support
- Strong knowledge of at least one major Oracle EPM module, such as EPBCS, Planning, FCCS, or ARCS
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, or financial consolidation
- Knowledge of Calculation Manager, business rules, forms, and dashboards
- Experience with Smart View, Data Integration, and EPM Automate
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion technologies preferred
- Familiarity with Groovy scripting, REST APIs, and Oracle ERP integrations is a plus
