[Remote] Client Success Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. WeightWatchers, through its WeightWatchers for Business team, provides population health programs to employers and health plans. The Client Success Consultant supports key accounts through marketing materials, reporting, project coordination, and general client support.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an additional support person for the growth objectives of key accounts for Client Success Managers (account owners) based on fluctuating priorities
• Aggregate client results/reporting and support creation of client-facing presentations; primary focus on key annual and quarterly review reporting
• Partner with CS SME and Data Analytics on enhanced reporting initiatives
• Assist in ad hoc initiatives across the book of business as appropriate, including support of new client launches or relaunches
• Assist with internal coordination to achieve issue resolution and general client support

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-3 years related experience (marketing, sales, client success, project management, wellness industry)
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to drive towards business goals under limited supervision
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong desire for process documentation and improvement
• Highly collaborative with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners
• Excellent time management skills including planning, prioritizing, logistics, and scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a high-paced, dispersed workforce environment
• Experience working with Google Suite and other tools such as Hubspot, Looker, Jira preferred
