[Remote] Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Jacey Moser - State Farm Agent is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support an insurance business by creating exceptional customer experiences. The role involves resolving inquiries, coordinating with agent team members, maintaining customer relationships and anticipating community members’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Answer customer inquiries and requests
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Skills

• Must be Bilingual - Spanish Speaking
• Dedicated to customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• MUST HAVE PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE
• Must be able to obtain Life and Health License within 6 Months of Hire
• Previous customer service experience preferred
