Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Pyramid Consulting is recruiting for a confidential healthcare client. The Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator supports medication adherence by contacting members and pharmacies, documenting outreach, and tracking medication fills.
Responsibilities
- Review daily call lists and prioritize outreach to members regarding medication adherence
- Engage with members and pharmacies to encourage timely medication fills
- Document call outcomes and track progress using spreadsheets to ensure accountability
- Monitor and report on the number of calls made and subsequent medication fills achieved
Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting
- High School Diploma
- Licensure as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with members and pharmacies
- Knowledge of medications and pharmacy operations
- Experience in a member-focused healthcare role
