Creating Brighter Futures seeks a Coaching & People Development Consultant to support participant engagement and professional communication within structured online learning programs. The role involves explaining learning pathways, building relationships, managing digital workflows, and participating in ongoing training as an independent contractor.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional conversations with individuals who have expressed interest in leadership, professional development, and online learning programs
• Provide clear information about available learning pathways and respond to general enquiries using established communication guidelines
• Build and maintain positive professional relationships through effective communication, active listening, and participant-focused engagement
• Use digital platforms such as Zoom, CRM systems, email, and online communication tools to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and complete day-to-day activities
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development focused on communication, leadership, relationship management, and role-specific knowledge
• Work independently while following established systems, operational processes, and professional communication standards in a remote environment

• 5+ years of professional experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
• Professional approach to communication and participant engagement
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and able to manage responsibilities independently
