Responsibilities

• Lead & Execute: Facilitate, manage, and oversee high-ticket commercial asset opportunities and operational setups
• Partner & Operator Engagement: Connect directly with commercial operators, business owners, and regional partners to drive deals
• Deal Execution: Manage negotiations, agreements, and deal logistics with operational clarity and precision
• Portfolio Ownership: Operate autonomously, set your own schedule, and scale your deal pipeline
