The role focuses on drafting and coordinating agreements, collaborating with legal and operational teams, and maintaining an organized repository of agreements and related documentation.

Responsibilities

• The selected candidate will support the NC Health Information Exchange Authority (NC HIEA) by drafting and coordinating MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements. The role involves collaborating with legal, privacy and security, finance, procurement, and business teams while maintaining an organized repository of agreements and related documentation

Skills

• 10+ Years
• Extensive experience drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and other agreements
• Familiarity with legal, privacy, security, finance, and procurement processes
• SharePoint document repository management and documentation control
• Knowledge of health IT programs, interoperability, and health information exchange
• Experience with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents and federal funding processes
• Cross-functional coordination with business, legal, and technical stakeholders
• Agreement tracking, organization, and compliance documentation
