Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Comms Search & Selection is partnering with a dynamic, mid-size HR and employee benefits consulting firm. The Communications Consultant will lead client accounts and develop and execute sophisticated internal HR and employee benefits communication strategies, collaborating with writers, designers, and multimedia specialists to deliver diverse communication materials.
Responsibilities
- Craft and execute bespoke communication plans tailored to specific internal messaging requirements for a diverse client portfolio
- Cultivate and sustain strong, enduring partnerships with clients, team members, and external suppliers
- Produce and refine written materials, incorporate client revisions, and guarantee the final output is impeccable and aligns with the client's vision
- Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and outlines
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to agreed-upon deliverables and financial plans
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding leading communication techniques and current developments in the field
- Juggle numerous projects concurrently, often under demanding deadlines
Skills
- Five to ten years of internal communication/ employee engagement experience in employee benefits, human resources and total rewards communications, specifically in a consulting firm or a large complex organisation
- A proactive and independent work ethic
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, including crafting compelling content and delivering polished, confident presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- The capability to adeptly manage priorities and complete assignments effectively when facing tight schedules
- A cooperative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-focused setting
