[Remote] Corporate Recruiter - B2C

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BRIX Recruiting Partners is recruiting for a growing home improvement and water treatment organization operating across Florida. The Corporate Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple markets and departments, improve recruiting processes and systems, and build talent pipelines to support growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across multiple Florida markets, supporting hiring needs in sales, marketing, production, service, and administrative functions
• Evaluate and improve the current recruiting model, establishing scalable processes and systems to support continued growth
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly in-home sales representatives, canvassers, and lead generation professionals
• Build and maintain consistent talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs and expansion into new markets
• Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with company expectations while effectively selling the opportunity
• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
• Select and implement an applicant tracking system and supporting recruiting technology to improve efficiency and candidate tracking
• Establish recruiting KPIs and reporting processes to measure hiring performance, effectiveness, and areas for improvement
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience
• Extend job offers and negotiate with candidates to secure qualified talent

Skills

• Proven recruiting experience within the residential home improvement industry
• Experience managing full-cycle recruiting processes, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• The ability to manage recruiting efforts across multiple locations and departments simultaneously
• Experience building, improving, or implementing structured recruiting processes
• Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems, recruiting technology, and performance metrics
