[Remote] Corporate Recruiter – Remote

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Enterprise Peak is a contract engineering firm focused on aerospace, science, and emerging technologies. The Corporate Recruiter sources and interviews candidates for internal roles, manages job postings and applications, and supports general HR activities.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and conduct interviews for candidates while managing the recruiting process and strategy for a variety of internal roles
• Create, revise, and manage internal job postings while processing all applications for them
• Support general HR activities, including: offer letters, background checks, benefit administration, and other general HR activities

Skills

• Experience in an agency recruiting or staffing environment is required
• EXCELLENT written and verbal communication skills are required for this role
• We can only consider US Citizens or Green Card Holders at this time
• This role would be ideal for someone with 3-8 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• We are looking for sharp individuals who are tech-savvy, collaborative, and eager to build up our internal teams
