Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review In‑Home Usage Test (IHUT) Daily Schedules provided by partner research firms.
• Unpack, set up, and use assigned products according to detailed instructions.
• Document experiences through screenshots, audio recordings, video clips, and written journal entries.
• Capture Point‑of‑Emotion® insights using brighthush’s Mobile In‑Home Use Test Technology.
• Participate in private chat rooms or focus groups hosted by research partners to discuss product impressions.
• Submit written reviews, photos, and feedback within the specified timeframes.
• Maintain product integrity and handle all items with care.
• Adhere to confidentiality agreements and data privacy standards.
• Communicate any issues or questions promptly to the brighthush project coordinator.

Essential Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Reliable computer and high‑speed internet connection.
• Access to a digital camera or smartphone capable of high‑resolution photos and video.
• Strong attention to detail and a curious mindset.
