[Remote] Customer Success Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SMSEdge provides an SMS marketing platform for customer acquisition and retention. The Customer Success Manager helps clients maximize platform value through onboarding, integrations, campaign performance analysis, optimization guidance, issue resolution, and collaboration to improve adoption and retention.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers
• Provide product walkthroughs
• Ensure smooth integration with CRM and tracking tools
• Monitoring account performance
• Analyzing campaign data
• Identifying optimization opportunities
• Proactively advising customers on best practices
• Responding to customer inquiries
• Coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues
• Maintaining regular check-ins to drive adoption, satisfaction, and long-term retention
• Document client feedback
• Collaborate with product and operations teams to improve features and services

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a positive, supportive experience across the customer lifecycle
• Customer Retention and Relationship Building skills to foster long-term partnerships and increase platform adoption
• Analytical Skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and recommend actionable optimization strategies
• Experience in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in SaaS, marketing technology, or digital marketing environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, accessible language
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks effectively
• Comfort with CRM systems, analytics tools, and online collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Familiarity with SMS or performance marketing
