Position Overview
We’re looking for a seasoned Customer Value Architect to partner with dealership customers and help them realize measurable operational value from the brighthush platform. In this role, you will assess dealership maturity, design improvement roadmaps, advise on adoption strategies, and contribute to scalable enablement programs that elevate the entire customer ecosystem.
Key responsibilities include:
Core Responsibilities
- Dealership Performance Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations using the Dealer Maturity Model (DMM), pinpointing current maturity tiers, operational gaps, adoption barriers, and opportunities for performance improvement across critical workflows.
- Roadmap Development: Own tier advancement plans for assigned accounts, translating DMM findings into prioritized, milestone‑driven roadmaps that include clear actions, accountability, and measurable outcomes.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) to weave assessment insights into Customer Value Plans and ongoing engagement strategies.
- Data‑Driven Diagnosis: Interpret platform utilization data, workflow patterns, and business indicators to uncover root causes of underperformance and surface actionable improvement opportunities.
- Value Documentation: Articulate account‑level evidence of value realization, linking platform adoption and workflow changes to tangible operational and performance outcomes that matter to dealership leaders.
- Consultative Discovery: Apply a structured discovery methodology to diagnose business needs and operational blockers before recommending solutions or next steps.
- Dealer‑Centric Communication: Translate platform functionality, adoption gaps, and process issues into language that resonates with dealer principals, general managers, controllers, and department leaders.
- High‑Impact Facilitation: Lead value reviews, workflow redesign sessions, business process alignment discussions, and change‑management engagements that require strong structure, credibility, and influence.
- Change Management: Navigate resistance or adoption challenges by identifying underlying concerns, diagnosing root causes, and adapting engagement strategies to accelerate alignment and progress.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go‑to expert on brighthush platform workflows, features, and operational use cases across applicable modules, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of product capabilities and customer impact.
- Escalation Leadership: Act as an escalation resource for complex product and workflow questions that exceed the depth of broader account‑facing roles, providing domain‑specific guidance to support customer outcomes.
- Enablement Design: Design and deliver scalable enablement programs—group sessions, cohort‑based learning, virtual clinics, workflow deep dives, and other forums—to amplify the impact of Customer Value Architecture beyond one‑to‑one engagements.
- Playbook Development: Contribute to the creation and refinement of Customer Value Architect playbooks, diagnostic frameworks, methodologies, templates, and best practices based on field learnings and recurring customer patterns.
- Insight Elevation: Identify trends across accounts related to maturity progression, adoption barriers, workflow inefficiencies, and value realization challenges, and elevate insights to Customer Value leadership.
- Cross‑Functional Partnerships: Collaborate with Customer Value Services, Product, Enablement, Support, and other stakeholders to improve customer guidance, strengthen operational consistency, and support scalable value delivery.
- Alignment Assurance: Ensure that all customer recommendations, engagement plans, and value realization strategies align with brighthush standards, customer business objectives, and the practical realities of dealership operations.
