Why Join brighthush?

  • Impact‑Driven Role: Own the full customer marketing lifecycle—from acquisition to expansion—and directly influence revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Career Growth: Accelerate your career with mentorship, leadership development programs, and opportunities to move into senior product or marketing strategy roles.
  • Competitive Compensation: Receive a base salary, performance bonuses, and equity that aligns your success with the company’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing, you will be the strategic leader and hands‑on executor of all customer‑centric marketing initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Self‑Serve to Enterprise Upgrade Program: Scale the pilot into an always‑on, data‑driven program that drives high‑value upgrades.
  • Enterprise Expansion Playbooks: Design and launch one‑to‑many expansion campaigns in partnership with Expansion Sales, covering cross‑sell, upsell, and renewal triggers.
  • Campaign Adaptation: Translate global product launches into tailored customer narratives, ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide Expansion Sales with timely, compelling messaging, assets, and insights to convert program signals into closed deals.
  • EMEA Localization: Adapt expansion and lifecycle programs for EMEA customers, customizing messaging, timing, channels, and events to regional nuances.
  • Lifecycle & Adoption Programs: Build onboarding, feature‑adoption, and value‑realization journeys that help Customer Success teams move customers to high‑usage, high‑value states.
  • Product‑Marketing Collaboration: Translate new feature releases into customer‑focused campaigns that accelerate adoption and usage.
  • Journey Design & Automation: Own the design, build, and optimization of lifecycle journeys in our marketing automation platform, working closely with Marketing Ops on complex builds and attribution.
  • Data Foundation: Partner with Marketing Ops and Customer Success to develop robust customer segmentation, scoring, and attribution models that drive program effectiveness.
  • Advocacy & Referral Programs: Create and manage a comprehensive advocacy program that includes speaker recruitment, case studies, customer references, and referral incentives.
  • Review & Reputation Management: Lead initiatives to secure positive reviews on G2, Capterra, and other industry sites, strengthening our competitive positioning.
  • Customer Advisory Board: Launch and run a CAB that gathers actionable insights from key customers to inform product, messaging, and strategy.
  • Event Planning: Organize customer‑focused events, user groups, and community gatherings that foster engagement and knowledge sharing.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 3 years focused on customer, lifecycle, or expansion marketing.
  • Proven track record of owning and scaling an expansion pipeline or revenue‑driven program, not just engagement metrics.
  • Hands‑on experience creating and executing end‑to‑end customer marketing plans, from strategy to execution.
  • Strong partnership skills with Ops, Customer Success, and Sales teams to build customer segments, scoring models, and attribution frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of how product usage, CRM data, and CS insights combine to target the right accounts at the right moment.
  • Experience leading advocacy programs—case studies, references, reviews, or advisory boards.
  • Credibility with senior sales and CS leaders, and the ability to translate their input into actionable, ship‑ready programs.
  • Data‑savvy mindset: comfortable defining metrics, working with Ops on attribution, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting resonant, customer‑centric messaging.
  • U.S. residency with permanent, unrestricted right to work (no sponsorship required).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Braze.
  • Knowledge of EMEA market dynamics and localization best practices.
  • Background in product marketing or a technical product background that enables rapid translation of feature benefits into customer stories.
