Responsibilities
- Present practical findings with appropriate charts and tables
- Compare results against baseline values and flag material differences
- Clean and validate data before it is used in dashboards or reports
- Use basic SQL queries or comparable tools to answer specific business questions
- Work with stakeholders to clarify definitions and reporting expectations
- Prepare simple trend comparisons and periodic performance summaries
- Explain key observations and limitations in clear, accessible language
Skills
- Clear communication skills for presenting findings to nontechnical colleagues
- Ability to check figures for completeness and accuracy
- Practical experience with Excel or another spreadsheet application
- Some academic, project, or entry-level analytical experience is useful
- Familiarity with data visualization tools is helpful but not essential
