  • Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare providers, IT teams, and project managers to clarify data requirements and resolve issues.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with evolving HEDIS measures, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.
  • Remote Work Excellence: Demonstrate strong self‑management skills, including time‑boxing, task prioritization, and effective communication in a virtual setting.

Essential Qualifications

  • Strong foundational knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain meticulous attention to detail.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or healthcare data systems is a plus but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data entry, medical billing, or health information management.
  • Familiarity with HEDIS measures, such as CBP, LSC, CDC, BPM, CIS, IMA, CCS, and PPC.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and data privacy best practices.
  • Experience with data validation tools or quality assurance processes.
  • Certification in Health Information Technology (e.g., RHIT, RHIA) or related credentials.

Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify patterns or anomalies.
  • Problem‑Solving: Quickly troubleshoot data issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Time Management: Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and consistently meet deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Thrive in a fast‑changing environment and embrace new technologies and processes.
