  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and document key inputs from Sales, Product Marketing, Finance, and other cross‑functional stakeholders; coordinate review and approval of contract redlines.
  • Risk Analysis: Evaluate non‑standard terms, provide preliminary analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies to the Manager, Customer Contract Administration.
  • Implementation & Execution: Initiate post‑execution activities such as sending price load directions to pricing services and ensuring all contractual obligations are tracked.
  • Custom Language Development: Assist sales teams in crafting unique contract language that meets customer needs while staying within brighthush policy.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Maintain contract‑related dashboards and reports for key stakeholders, tracking metrics like approval bottlenecks, redline frequency, and turnaround times.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and maintenance of contract templates, clause libraries, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
  • Training & Onboarding: Lead training sessions for internal stakeholders on contracting processes, CLM systems, and best practices; create job aids and process documentation.
  • Continuous Communication: Communicate business‑related issues or opportunities to senior management and ensure alignment across teams.
