The role focuses on sequencing analysis, reporting, and bioinformatics pipelines in a research and development setting.

Responsibilities

Streamline existing computational analysis pipelines
Manage and process diverse data sources
Enhance computational efficiency in research workflows
Develop and maintain bioinformatics analysis pipelines
Script and program for process automation

Skills

Proficiency in Python and R scripting
Experience with Linux environments
Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
Experience in molecular diagnostics or a related life science industry is preferred
