Remote Defense Litigation Attorney | Up to $200,000 Annually + bonus and benefits Location: New York, NY Join a nationally recognized defense litigation firm offering hands-on litigation experience, partner mentorship, and opportunities to develop your courtroom skills. Responsibilities: Manage defense litigation cases and develop legal strategies. Draft motions, briefs, and discovery documents. Take and defend depositions and participate in court proceedings. Qualifications: 2–4+ years of defense civil litigation experience. Active New York and New Jersey bar admissions. Toxic tort or product liability experience is a plus. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $155,000 – $200,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
