[Remote] Dental Recruiter

DEO: The Dentist Entrepreneur Organization is hiring a Dental Industry Recruiter to support the success and growth of private dental practices and groups across the country. The role focuses on recruiting candidates for dental organizations.

Responsibilities

• Due to our rapid growth, we are adding an experienced Dental Industry Recruiter to support the success and growth of private dental practices as well as groups across the country

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business
• Minimum of three (3+) years of experience as a Dental Industry Recruiter ; only candidates with this background will currently be given consideration
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent organization skills
• Tech savvy – experience with Microsoft and Google products, applicant tracking systems, job sites, social media, and Claude
• Must have a competitive spirit and be self-motivated, solution-oriented, open-minded, and disciplined to follow a daily routine for success
• A genuine passion for positioning others for a long-term successful career
• Stable work history demonstrated on your resume – no more than 3 employers in the last 8 years
• Both corporate and agency recruiting experience preferred
• HubSpot experience would be a bonus
• Active in the dental industry and on social media, specifically LinkedIn
