[Remote] Client Success Analyst - Direct Indexing

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Alphathena is hiring a Client Success Analyst to support registered investment advisor (RIA) clients using its direct indexing platform. The role handles onboarding setup, day-to-day platform support, routine advisor questions, AI workflow adoption, and documentation of client requests and issues.

Responsibilities

• Handle the setup work during onboarding, including account and household setup, loading client data, and checking that everything is in place before go-live
• Support clients' daily use of the platform, including harvesting, rebalancing, and account updates
• Be the first point of contact for routine advisor questions, and bring more involved issues to the Client Success Manager
• Use the platform's AI workflows every day and help clients get comfortable with them
• Keep clear notes on client requests and issues so the team and product can follow up

Skills

• 0–2 years of experience (new grads welcome) with a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• Interest in wealth management and how advisors work with their clients
• Comfortable with software and quick to learn new tools
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to explain things clearly and patiently
• Internship or work experience in the industry is a plus
• Bonus: experience at an RIA, custodian, or wealthtech firm
