Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking a Digital Systems Implementation Project Manager for an unnamed client. The role leads implementation of digital systems, coordinates project activities and communications, and supports system decommissioning and CRM alignment.
Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will lead the implementation of new digital systems, including Blackthorn and Give Campus
- They will coordinate daily project activities, timelines, deliverables, and communication between technology vendors and internal partners
- They will facilitate weekly project meetings, track action items and milestones, manage risks, document SOPs, and keep leadership informed of project status and key decisions
- They will also support the decommissioning of Encompass by iModules and collaborate with the CRM vendor and internal CRM champions to ensure alignment on project requirements and priorities
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, information technology, computer science, or a related field
- Experience with GiveCampus and/or Blackthorn
- Hands-on digital project management experience
- Project management experience, preferably with technology or systems implementations
- Experience within nonprofit or higher education
- Experience with marketing technology implementations, system transitions, or platform optimization
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills
