Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Technical Writer / Contracts Specialist to manage, draft, and oversee agreements and health IT contract processes
Skills
- 7+ years drafting and executing MOUs, MOAs, vendor contracts, and legal agreements
- 5+ years managing organized agreement repositories in SharePoint
- 5+ years working across Legal, Privacy/Security, Finance, and Procurement workflows
- Strong experience coordinating across legal, finance, and procurement teams
- Proven background in maintaining structured document archives
- 5+ years experience with Health Information Exchange (HIE) networks and clinical data concepts
- 3+ years familiarity with Medicaid Advance Planning Documents (APD) and federal funding processes
- Health IT background preferred
