The role sets regional sales strategy and revenue targets, develops sales teams and client relationships, and oversees forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• The Director of Regional Sales is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading and expanding sales activities within assigned regions
• This role oversees regional sales strategy, sets revenue targets, and drives business growth by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing clients
• The Director will manage and mentor regional sales teams, coordinate sales operations, and ensure alignment with marketing initiatives to support customer acquisition and retention
• Daily responsibilities include reviewing performance metrics, guiding account planning, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high standards of customer service
• The role also involves forecasting, budgeting, and reporting on regional sales performance to senior leadership

Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding regional revenue targets
• Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and use of CRM tools
• Strong Team Management skills, with proven ability to lead, coach, and develop remote sales teams
• Commitment to high-quality Customer Service, ensuring satisfaction and long-term client relationships
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate market insights into actionable regional sales plans
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively across departments
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Advanced degree is an advantage
• Previous leadership experience in digital marketing, technology, or professional services is highly beneficial
