Stuut is transforming how B2B companies turn revenue into cash through an AI agent that automates order management, credit, collections, payments, cash application, disputes, and deductions. The Director of Sales will lead the West Sales team in North America, manage Enterprise Account Executives, achieve team quotas, acquire new customers, and expand adoption among strategic enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- Build and lead a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives to drive growth across strategic and enterprise customers
- Inspire a culture of teamwork, customer value, and measurable business outcomes
- Develop trusted relationships with customers and partners to support long-term growth and success across North America - West
- Foster continuous learning and a strong understanding of Stuuts’ technical capabilities and future product roadmap
- Lead North American West Enterprise growth planning while ensuring forecast accuracy and a predictable, high-growth business
- Scale and accelerate sales through a repeatable playbook and AI-driven business transformation initiatives
- Help customers drive innovation, operational efficiency, and revenue growth by leveraging the Stuut’s AI Platform
Skills
- Experience building a high-growth sales team serving enterprise customers within North America
- Sold New technologies at fast growing and nimble businesses
- History of exceeding sales quotas in similar high-growth Enterprise software companies
- Understanding of value selling and structured methodologies e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message and SPICE
- Knowledge of developing the partner ecosystem to help grow strategic enterprise territories
- Success implementing strategies for usage and booking-based sales revenue models
