[Remote] Ecosystem Operations Director

Stride Equity is hiring an Ecosystem Operations Director to oversee and optimize operations supporting founders, investors, and portfolio companies. The role manages onboarding and investment workflows, leads operational staff, improves systems and service delivery, and uses performance data to guide operational strategy and ecosystem growth.

Responsibilities

• The Ecosystem Operations Director is a full-time, remote position responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational framework that supports founders, investors, and portfolio companies within the Stride Equity ecosystem
• This role manages end-to-end operational processes, including onboarding companies and investors, coordinating investment workflows, and ensuring consistent service delivery across all touchpoints
• The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine systems, track performance metrics, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience
• Day-to-day tasks include supervising operational staff, managing budgets and resource allocation, maintaining high standards of customer service, and using data-driven insights to guide operational strategy and ecosystem growth

Skills

• Strong Operations Management skills, including process design, implementation, and optimization
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data, develop insights, and support evidence-based decision-making
• Proven Team Management experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and collaborate across distributed teams
• Competence in Budgeting, financial planning, and managing operational costs and resources
• Excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with founders, investors, and partners
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities, including conflict resolution and negotiation
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field
• Comfort working in a remote environment, with high levels of self-organization, accountability, and digital literacy
• Experience in investment, venture capital, private equity, or startup ecosystems
• Advanced degree or relevant certifications
