[Remote] Email Marketing Specialist - Remote Work

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BairesDev is hiring an Email Marketing Specialist to plan, create, and deploy email campaigns that engage audiences and drive business results. The role supports marketing programs across the customer journey, from awareness through retention.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy email campaigns including newsletters, promotional sends, and automated sequences
• Manage audience segmentation and list hygiene to ensure accurate targeting and strong deliverability
• Write and edit email copy that aligns with brand voice and campaign objectives
• Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, content, and send times to improve campaign performance
• Monitor and report on key email metrics including open rates, click rates, conversions, and unsubscribe rates
• Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure email assets are delivered on time and on brand

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar tools
• Working knowledge of audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance optimization
• Strong copywriting skills with attention to detail and ability to tailor messaging for different audiences
• Familiarity with email compliance requirements including CAN-SPAM and GDPR
