Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Yochana is seeking Epic Analysts/Consultants to test and validate Epic Willow Inpatient and Resolute applications. The role focuses on PB/HB billing workflows, end-to-end testing, defect resolution, and collaboration with clinical, billing, technical, and application teams.
Responsibilities
- Perform testing and validation of Epic Willow Inpatient and Epic Resolute applications
- Work on Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB) and Hospital Billing (HB) workflows
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing
- Validate application functionality, identify defects, document test results, and coordinate issue resolution
- Collaborate with clinical, billing, technical, and application teams to ensure successful implementation and system performance
- Support related Epic applications and integrations, including Beaker/MLAB, WellSky, DI, Epic Care Link, and Care Everywhere
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and documentation in accordance with project requirements
Skills
- Active Epic Certification is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing (PB)
- Experience with Hospital Billing (HB) workflows
- Experience in Willow Inpatient testing or related Epic inpatient application testing
- Knowledge of healthcare billing workflows, application testing, and issue tracking
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with one or more of the following applications is preferred:
- Beaker / MLAB
- WellSky
- DI
- Epic Care Link
- Care Everywhere
