Talent Groups is seeking an experienced Epic Professional Billing (PB) Analyst to support the configuration, implementation, testing, maintenance, and optimization of Epic's Professional Billing module. The role supports billing workflows and translates business needs into system configurations.
Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and support the Epic Professional Billing (PB) module to meet business and operational requirements
- Analyze business needs and translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
- Support charge capture, claim submission, payment posting, remittance processing, and billing workflows
Skills
- Active Epic Professional Billing (PB) Certification is required
- Hands-on experience configuring, implementing, or supporting the Epic Professional Billing module
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management and professional billing workflows
- Experience with charge capture, claims processing, payment posting, and reimbursement processes
- Knowledge of system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills
